Pale Lights - Mount Eerie

Not even a month has passed since the release of Mount Eerie's highly anticipated 'Clear Moon' and we can already listen to materials announcing Phil Elverum's second album of 2012. Here you can hear a 3-minute excerpt from the first single of 'Ocean Roar'. On the basis of 'Pale Lights' it may be assumed that new record is going to act as some kind of a counterpoint to its predecessor, sounding way more heavy from the very start. I can definitely hear something reminding me of David Lynch works in it (wouldn't it be prefect for Twin Peaks soundtrack?)creating this disturbing state of alertness which I find so amazing. Really can't wait to hear the whole album!
